Argenta is a multi-faceted IT services and products distribution company in Indonesia. We are focused in the banking industry and was founded by IT sales and services professionals with a cumulative total of more than 90 years of working experience in the banking, consulting, sales and services industries. Together, the management team has worked in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Founded in 2005, Argenta has a portfolio of hardware and software solutions to help banks build an efficient self-service delivery channel. Our key focus is in the sale and maintenance support of automated teller machines (ATM), cash recycler machines (CRM) and the management of the ATM/CRM delivery channel. Together with our complementary ATM/CRM maintenance support and repair services, we are able to deliver a complete solution to help banks maximize the value in their self-service delivery channel. Be it hardware or services, Argenta is committed to deliver high quality self-service solutions to our customers.
Today, we support over 26,000 ATMs, CRMs and DVRs throughout Indonesia.
Sari started her career with IBM and later joined NCR in the services division. Her entrepreneurial spirit took her to co-found Argenta in 2005. Since then, she has not looked back. With over 28 years in the IT industry, her charm, constant smile and business sense, she has helped propelled Argenta’s growth over the years and also signed up several business partners. Sari has a degree in Industrial Engineering and two happy sons. Sari was a finalist in the 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Ferry graduated with a Degree in Computer Accountancy (BINUS) and joined IBM in 1995. He later joined BCA and BII for a total of 12 years working in various businesses covering consumer banking, operations and product development. He joined Argenta in 2009 as the Services Director, manages all our services business and enjoys selling too.
